Trends come and go but classics stay on forever. I remember having some of my plaid Blazers and pants forever and I have been wearing them over and over over again season after season which makes it such a wardrobe essential and absolutely worth the investment. Right from their versatility to their cozy chic appeal, they are undoubtedly one of the strongest pillars of fall wardrobe. Right from dresses to shoes there are so many options in between that you could try this season to amp up your fashion game by not going overboard and staying true to your style. Here are a few ways I have styled them
Classic Overcoat
When you want to take your look from shabby to rad, a classic plaid overcoat it is. This simple outfit will never let you down. Just add some fun with your accessories and you are ready to take over.
Basic Blazer
Weather you are in a hustle running errands or got just 5 mins to get ready for work, throw a basic plaid blazer and it works wonders. A bakers boy hat or a beret instantly gives you that polished parisian look.
Perfect Plaid dress
A double breasted plaid coat with a slim silhouette, all thanks to the waist belt, is all it takes to dress effortlessly. Giving an illusion of a blazer this dress can easily take you from day to night. I paired them with grey boots, a hat and a black turtleneck underneath to combat the cold weather.

Well this is my take on this gorgeous plaid skirt but you can definitely tone it down for work and the colder weather by adding some chunky knits. No matter what the weather is, this plaid skirt will help you get through.
A pop of color never hurts
Most of the plaids I styled were B&W but do not shy away from adding a hint of color or maybe a little more. This beautiful plaid coat in RED reminds me so much of the holiday season and I am so excited to wear them during all the festivities.
