Product review – Keranique

Today I am going to review a hair care brand @KERANIQUE that works towards hair regrowth. I recently noticed a lot of hair fall so when I was asked to review them, I quickly made my mind to go ahead and try them.

As per their claim – “This introductory kit was designed to help treat hair loss in women by marrying both the science of a clinically proven hair regrowth treatment with true premium hair care for thicker, fuller, healthier-looking, beautiful hair. The Scalp Stimulating Shampoo provides micro circulation of the scalp. It helps to remove dirt and build-up, creating an environment that is receptive to receiving minoxidil and other treatments. The cream-gel based Volumizing Keratin Conditioner provides moisture to thin hair without weighing it down. The key product in this system is Hair Regrowth Treatment with 2% Minoxidil, an FDA-approved ingredient that is clinically proven to help regrow hair in women. Immediately, hair is left feeling softer and it appears voluminous due to Keranique’s proprietary Keratin Amino Complex infused in the shampoo and conditioner.”

It also explicitly states to kindly use this system for a minimum of 30 days in order to start to see an improvement in your hair.

I got this complete hair regrowth system which consists of

1. Scalp stimulating shampoo
2. Volumizing Keratin Conditioner
3. Lift and repair treatment spray
4. Hair regrowth treatment

Let me give you an overview about my hair. It’s long, wavy and damaged due to constant use of heat and color. I have been using these products for almost three weeks now and as per my honest opinion it did help me with my hair loss.

As far as the shampoo and conditioner is concerned, I saw considerably less hair fall however it made my hair a little more rough and dry. Not sure if it’s because of the Keratin Amino Complex or some other reason.

Coming to the Lift and repair treatment spray, it’s my favorite of the entire lot. I have a lot of baby hair that are really curly and stubborn. This hair spray tames them while giving structure and nourishment to them. I love love love this one and the small bottle comes so handy.

Hair regrowth treatment is what I think I need to give some time to be able to justify my review properly. I am currently testing it on a sparse hair area on my scalp and have noticed some growth but will keep you all posted on any future updates.
